Zend Framework 1.0.2 Released

An announcement on Zend's Devzone lets us know that ZF 1.0.2 has been released and is available for immediate download.

This release resolves 93 known issues and provides some minor additions to functionality.

The list of those minor additions includes:

  • New database adapter for PDO_IBM
  • Custom database profiler support
  • New Google Base support with Zend_Gdata_Gbase
  • Added CAPTCHA support to Zend Gdata
  • Improved PDF component documentation
  • Enhanced search performance
  • More flexible language translation facilities
  • Additional UTF-8 support for validation
  • Documentation of the Zend Framework system requirements
  • To get the latest copy of ZF, go to the downloads section of the ZF site. Incidentally, Zend's Google Data API (Zend Gdata 1.0.2) has also been released and is ready for download.
